• Non refundable deposit of $5000 Deposit to and held by seller with the contract. by bank wire or cash only, no checks.
• Deposit only refundable if seller can not provide clear title as determind by the closing / title insuring attorney
• Must use the sellers attorney/ title company.
• No further access once contact is accepted.
• Your Contract is non assignable.
• No inspection period, do no inspections and due diligence before contacting.
• Memorandum of Contract is filled before we show any property to protect our interest, and we will defend such!
